There are 4 or 5 possible status updates to each order:
Received - We've received your order into the system.
Approved & Processing - Payment has been received, security checks undertaken and the order is okay to process.
Part Shipped - To get your order delivered as fast as possible, we will automatically split any items out of stock to back order, and ship straight away anything that is in stock. Then as any back order items come into stock, then will ship straight away (with free delivery too, of course). The website product page shows stock availability before you order an item so there are no surprises if anything is put to back order.
Fully Shipped - Everything ordered has now shipped. Most orders will go straight to this stage and bypass step 3 above.
Invoiced - Order completed with VAT invoice raised and emailed.
You can view the status flow of any order from your Account Dashboard, as well as make notes to our admin team, and also download copy invoices or make payments.
