We don't provide tracking numbers for any orders, but we do promise delivery times.
At checkout you'll be offered two options:
If your order doesn't arrive within those times then we'd be more than happy to chase up for you. Simply raise a support ticket Here, choosing 'General customer service' from the dropdown.
Orders placed before 11.15am, for items in stock, will ship the same day; and so use the above shipping times from when you're notified your order has shipped or part shipped.
The above times apply to all our delivery countries.
